Truck Tarpaulin — PVC-Coated Polyester, Custom-Cut for Pakistani Fleet Operators
610, 680 and 900 GSM PVC-coated polyester (PCP) tarpaulins for flatbeds, container trucks, fleet curtains and oversized loads. Reinforced bands, configurable eyelet patterns, and made-to-order sizing from a Karachi factory that has been cutting industrial tarps since the 1990s. Fleet-quantity pricing from fifty units; samples shipped on request.
Three GSM weights, three jobs.
PCP fabric weight is the single biggest variable in truck-tarp life and price. Most fleet operators standardise on one of three weights for the bulk of their orders, mixing in heavier specs for oversized or overland export work.
610 GSM
City-route flatbeds, short-haul curtains, agricultural loads. Good two-to-three-year life under daily use; the entry weight for fleet operators replacing canvas with PCP for the first time.
680 GSM
The default specification for inter-city haulage on N5 / M9 / M2 corridors. Five-to-seven-year service life with ordinary handling. The weight most large fleets converge on once they have replacement-cost data.
900 GSM
Oversized loads, container-stack covers, overland export to Iran and Central Asia, and any fleet operating in coastal Sindh / Balochistan where UV and salt cut the life of lighter tarps. Eight-to-ten-year fabric life with edge maintenance.
Reinforcement, eyelets, sizing — all configurable per order.
Most fleet PO emails arrive with a single dimension and a quantity. We come back with a quote that breaks out the optional configuration — eyelet size and spacing, edge reinforcement type, branding (printed or sewn-on), and colour. Standard configurations ship from existing rolls; custom configurations carry a one-week lead time on top of the standard production schedule.
For fleets running multiple body sizes (flatbed + curtain + container), we keep the same fabric SKU across the order and cut to spec on the line. One PO, one inspection, one delivery.

Per-tarp cost falls with volume.
Truck tarpaulin is priced in five tiers. Sample units ship one-off within Pakistan on request; fleet pricing kicks in from fifty units. We do not publish absolute pricing because PCP fabric input cost moves with petrochemical feedstock — quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and locked once a deposit clears.

Long-running supplier into Pakistani fleet operations
BNC has supplied truck-tarpaulin work to Karachi-based transport and OEM operations across decades. The same line that produces our humanitarian tarpaulin also turns out heavy-duty truck cover. The institutional knowledge — what fails first on N5 dust, where corner stitching needs to double, which UV stabiliser package extends life in coastal Sindh — comes from running production through that history.
Fleet-quantity pricing without trader markup
We quote at manufacturer-direct rates. The person on WhatsApp at 11pm is the same person who watched the container leave the gate. Most "Pakistani truck tarp suppliers" are traders re-exporting Chinese stock with a 15% margin layered on top — fine if the tarp is going on a vehicle once. Not fine if you need consistent fabric performance across a fifty-truck fleet.
Custom-cut on the line, not in a separate workshop
Fleet tarp orders rarely come in standard sizes. Our line cuts to spec — flatbed L × W with curtain drop, container size, oversized-load size — on the same production run. One PO, one inspection, one delivery date. Custom branding (printed or sewn) can be added without moving the order to a third party.
Fifty tarps for a single fleet, five hundred for a national rollout. Both get the same call.
Tell us GSM weight, dimensions (or vehicle make/model — we have most Pakistani fleet bodies on file), eyelet preference, and quantity. We come back with a quote and a sample, usually the same business day.
