Truck tarpaulin wholesale, manufactured in Karachi.
Heavy-duty PVC truck tarpaulin for fleet operators, hauliers, and tarp distributors buying in container quantities. 610, 680, and 900 gsm weights, standard roll widths or cut-to-size, grommet patterns to your spec. Made at the BNC Karachi factory across 6 sewing lines that produce 400 to 600 tarpaulin units per day.
In operation since 1994 · 6 sewing lines · FOB Karachi · MOQ from 100 sheets
Three weights, one factory.
The three weights cover the working range that wholesale buyers actually need. 610 gsm for light-duty agricultural and short-haul covers. 680 gsm as the workhorse middle for general fleet use. 900 gsm where the load is abrasive or the route is hard on the sheet. All three run from the same Karachi factory floor, so a mixed-weight container is a single PO and a single shipping document.
Custom sizes, eyelet patterns, and reinforced corners are standard work. We do not run minimum-quantity premiums for grommet variations the way the big distributors do, because the cutting and welding tables are ours.

Three things wholesale truck-tarp buyers ask first.
First: can you hold a price across a four-month landed-cost window. Yes, on signed POs above 500 sheets we hold the unit price for the production-and-shipping window so the buyer can resell into a fixed price book. The hold breaks only on PVC raw-material moves above 8% in a single month, in which case the buyer sees the cost-pass before any change applies.
Second: can you ship mixed-weight containers. Yes. A typical container for a regional distributor runs 60% 680 gsm, 30% 610 gsm, and 10% 900 gsm — one PO, one packing list, one bill of lading. The same applies to mixed widths and mixed eyelet patterns within a container.
Third: what does the third-party assay look like. Every container ships with the welding-seam tensile test, the PVC weight-per-square-metre certificate, and the UV-stabilisation lot reference. The certificate ships with the shipment, not on request after the fact, because procurement teams in fleet companies need the file before the goods clear customs.
From UN consignments to fleet operators.
UN-system humanitarian responses
Plastic-sheeting and tarpaulin consignments deployed with UNHCR, ICRC, IFRC, Oxfam, IOM, and partner-INGO responses across multiple regions. The same factory floor and the same quality file.
Regional fleet distributors
Mid-East and South-Asian distributors importing container-quantities for resale into national hauliers, agricultural cooperatives, and freight operators. Mixed-weight, mixed-width consignments standard.
Direct fleet operators
Trucking companies above 200 trailers buying direct from the factory rather than through a national distributor, on rolling 12-month POs with quarterly call-offs.
Container side-curtain converters
European and Mid-East side-curtain converters buying 900 gsm rolls direct, finishing locally. We hold the heavy-weight stock specifically because the lead-time from Chinese suppliers has compressed the converter margin.
Wholesale truck-tarp questions, answered straight.
What is the minimum order for wholesale truck tarpaulin from BNC?
100 sheets for standard sizes from the rack. 250 sheets for custom cuts, custom eyelet patterns, or custom branding. Container-load orders unlock the MOQ-tier pricing in our calculator.
Can you supply both 610 and 900 gsm in the same container?
Yes. A typical mixed container runs 60% mid-weight, 30% light, 10% heavy. Packing list and lot certificates are split by weight.
Do you OEM-brand for distributors?
Yes. Distributor branding is screen-printed before welding so the print sits under the weld lines and survives weathering. Branding does not change MOQ above the custom-cut threshold.
What is the typical lead time on a 500-sheet order?
21-28 days FOB Karachi from a stocked weight, plus your sailing time. Add 7-10 days for full custom cuts or new eyelet patterns.
How do you handle PVC raw-material price moves?
Signed POs above 500 sheets hold the unit price through production and shipping. The hold breaks only on PVC moves above 8% in a single month, with full cost-pass transparency.
Do certificates ship with the goods?
Yes. Tensile-seam, gsm certificate, and UV lot reference all ship with the consignment, not on request after.
