What the Karachi cutting floor actually produces.
Six sewing lines run in parallel. three on humanitarian relief specs (UNHCR FRT, ICRC standard, IFRC tarpaulin) and three on commercial canvas (military center-pole, safari frame, garden party, Kuwaiti delux). Daily output runs 400 to 600 tents depending on SKU mix and dimension. Four batch-traceability stations capture COA per fabric roll, sewing-line ID, inspector ID, and packout date. ISO 9001 certification is in process. the partner-manufacturer authorization route is the fastest path and is on Rayhan's active worklist.
Inputs: Pakistani cotton canvas (280–510 GSM, water/rot/fungus treated, dyed in-country), Chinese PVC scrim coating for tarpaulin, locally sourced HDPE and PE ground sheets, galvanized steel and aluminium frame components. Pakistan-built supply chain means lead times of 7–14 working days on standard specs, not the 8–12 weeks you get from China-broker quotes.
