BNC QC inspector reviewing canvas fabric under work lights — quality-check checklist + sample swatches on a steel inspection table
Manufacturing transparency

Quality checkpoints — intake → process → outbound.

Three checkpoint stages, one record per consignment. Every fabric batch, every sewing line, every dispatch carries a traceable QC signature.

01 · Intake

Raw-material spec verification.

  • Canvas / PVC arrival. Every fabric batch is matched against the supplier COA. GSM weight verified on the in-house scale; dye-lot recorded against batch ID.
  • First-article inspection. First cut from each new fabric lot is held against the spec sheet before the cutting floor is cleared to run the rest of the batch.
  • Hardware verification. Eyelets, poles, pegs, repair-kit hardware sample-tested against the consignment spec before sub-assembly release.
02 · In-process

Operator-level checkpoints on the line.

  • Cutting floor. Every 50 cuts pass through QC for dimensional check, edge-finish, and fabric-flaw rejection.
  • Sewing line. Each operator runs a single seam type. Operator signature on the batch sheet at start + end of every run.
  • Treatment check. Per-batch waterproofing + fire-retardancy spot check against consignment assay spec — done on a fixed sampling fraction.
03 · Outbound

Documentation pack & dispatch.

  • Final QC. Random-sample QC against the tender spec sheet. Inventory tags inside each canvas bag verified for the procurement-team reference.
  • Container load. Photos + serial range recorded by the QC lead. Stuffing supervised end-to-end.
  • Documentation pack release. COC + COI + assay report + bill of lading + packing list released to the forwarding agent and the buyer in one consolidated PDF set.
