Six sewing lines run in parallel. line 1 and 2 on humanitarian canvas (UNHCR FRT, ICRC, IFRC), line 3 on heavy military canvas (510 GSM olive), lines 4 and 5 on commercial canvas (safari, Kuwaiti delux, garden party), line 6 floating on tarpaulin and bathroom-tent SKUs. Total cutting-floor area 3,500 m². Daily output 400–600 tents in standard SKU mix; monthly peak production logged at roughly 12,000 small tents and 2,500 large frame tents during the Türkiye 2023 surge.
Four batch-trace stations log per-roll fabric COA, sewing-line ID, inspector signature, and packout timestamp. ISO 9001 certification is in process via a partner-manufacturer authorization route. the fastest path that doesn't slow current production.
