Field hospital tent supplier: triage, ward, surgical-bay.
Field hospital tents for medical NGO procurement, IFRC and ICRC health clusters, and national MoH emergency teams. Triage tents, multi-bed ward configurations, and surgical-bay layouts manufactured at the BNC Karachi factory. Same canvas, frame, and ground-cloth stock that supplies UN-system shelter responses since 1994.
Deployed with UN-system medical responses · 6 sewing lines · 400-600 tents/day · 14-day emergency response
Four configurations that cover most medical deployments.
Medical-procurement officers work to fixed configurations because clinical-team training is configuration-specific. We hold four standard layouts and we build vestibule connectors so multiple ward tents can be joined into a single internal-circulation field hospital.
On colour: medical responses standardise on white canvas for hygiene-visibility and Red Cross marking compatibility. Olive and natural canvas are available where MoH or military medical teams need them. Branding for the requesting agency is screen-printed at the sidewall hem.

Four questions, answered the way the procurement file expects.
On fire retardancy. The canvas is treated per UNHCR's FR specification, a self-extinguish standard rather than a no-burn standard. Treatment certificate ships with each consignment, lot reference on the sidewall label.
On infection control. Double-layer canvas with a sealed insulating air gap holds 3 to 5 °C below single-layer in equatorial conditions, which matters for unrefrigerated medical-supply stability. The PVC ground cloth is welded rather than stitched at all internal seams to prevent insect ingress and to allow chlorhexidine wipe-down without seam saturation.
On expansion. The vestibule connector is the standard piece for converting a single ward into a 24-bed two-ward field hospital. Connectors are 2 m × 2 m with a double-door airlock that supports basic isolation protocols. We ship connectors as a separate SKU so a procurement team can pre-position ward tents and add connectors at deployment.
On emergency response. The standard production lead time is 21 to 42 days FOB Karachi. For declared emergencies verified by the requesting agency, we run a 14-day emergency production lane from stocked canvas and frame components, with airfreight handover to the agency's air-logistics provider.
Deployment context.
UN-system medical responses
Ward, triage, and surgical-bay configurations deployed with UNHCR, UNICEF, ICRC, IFRC, IOM, and partner-NGO health-cluster operations across multiple regions. Quality file on request to qualified procurement officers.
Pakistan flood medical response
Bulk ward + triage supply during the 2010 and 2022 Pakistan floods, consolidated through IFRC, Pakistan Red Crescent, and partner medical INGOs running displacement-camp health stations.
Türkiye-Syria earthquake
Airlifted medical-tent consignments into Adana within 72 hours of order in the February 2023 response. Onward distribution by Kızılay and IFRC field-hospital teams.
ICRC Readiness Kit alignment
Configurations match the standard ICRC field-hospital module pattern so a procurement officer can substitute BNC SKUs into an existing ICRC bill of quantities without re-spec.
Medical-procurement questions.
Are these tents fire-retardant to UNHCR specification?
Yes. Canvas is treated to UNHCR's self-extinguish FR standard. Treatment certificate ships with the consignment.
Can I connect multiple ward tents into a single field hospital?
Yes, via the 2×2 m vestibule connector. Ordered as a separate SKU so connectors can be pre-positioned alongside ward stock.
What's the emergency-response lead time?
14 days FOB Karachi from stocked components for verified emergency declarations. Standard production is 21-42 days.
Does the ground cloth support clinical wipe-down?
Yes. 510 gsm PVC with welded internal seams supports chlorhexidine and dilute-bleach wipe-down without saturation.
Can canvas colour be specified for Red Cross visibility?
Yes. Standard is white for hygiene-visibility. Red Cross markings are screen-printed per the requesting agency's brand guidelines.
Are SKUs aligned with existing health-cluster bills of quantities?
Configurations match the ICRC module pattern so substitution into existing BoQs does not require re-specification.
