On material life: a 510 gsm cotton canvas wall tent run on standard rental cycles will outlast a PVC pop-up by 4 to 6 seasons. The canvas pays for itself by the third season for any operator who is renting the same SKU at least 18 times per year. That trade only matters above a certain rental volume, so we tell smaller operators to stay with PVC.
On lead time: a true custom frame-tent first run is 45 to 70 days. The honest version is that the first run is slow because we cut a paper pattern, sew a sample, ship the sample for inspection, then run production. Repeat orders on the same pattern run 28 to 42 days. We do not pretend a first custom run ships in 3 weeks. The buyers who get burned by that promise are the same buyers who switch suppliers every season.
On branding: screen-printed branding sits under the welded seams where applicable and embroidered branding sits on the sidewall hem so the rental fleet retains its identity after multiple seasonal cleanings.
